local comps were like jokes to my team. we always got first and extreame champs. (the highest score of the whole comp.) we recently won nationals.

looks like you guys need to practice. you guys need to get stronger. a full is one of the easiest stunts. bases need to use their legs and the flyer needs to pull her weight and be tight. and it doesn't really look like the bases are really trying to catch her when she falls. at 1:25 the bases back shouldn't be bent over like that. bend you're legs and keep your back straight. I'm telling you, it will be much easier to get her up. you guys need to go to a camp or something and learn to stunt.

learn from this saying"perfection before progression" UCA told us that and we know how to stunt You girls know how to but your not safe. cheerleading is thee most dealthly sport for girls to do. You might want to think of getting your stunts perfect before moving on to more challenging stunts, and get them perfect before doing them infront of crowd cause you might get imbarresed.

well i can pretty much say that none of us were really payin that much attention...except the boys...and they didn't really give a damn about anything other than the fact that u guys were in skirts XD
so does the season end for u guys when the season ends for the teams you cheer for?
