  • He is a little flat on the last note but WHO CARES. It is glorious singing. This is the great sound of the Stanley technique. Stanley has been Tucker's teacher and fixed his voice when it went downhill for Tucker in the early 1950s. Stanley's technique was GREAT- a free, wide open sound without constriction is the result. Bravo, in spite of the flatness.

  • @gaytenor You are great at one thing: masturbating with words. Yawn.

  • shes beautiful<3

  • Moffo is absolutely adorable

  • I would like to say that my dialogue with Gaytenor has been very positive. He does take people to task when he thinks their incorrect(myself included)&I respect him for that.We do not always agree, but the information that he has shared with me has been accurate&informative.I find his statements are based on research& fact.Ofcourse, like the rest of us,he has his opinions& is entitled to them.Perhaps Gaytenor wouldn't be as insulting if some of us wouldn't initiate harsh attacks along with mis info

  • @Greatheil If Tucker thought he couldn't hit the note properly, he would have gone for the harmony. For the most part,RT did have confidence in his excellent technique & was very consistant with his high notes. Many tenors in history have missed or messed up occassionally with their high notes, such as Pavarotti,Gigli Zenatello Martinelli Volpi ETC.Tucker was a fine tenor and one forced or missed note does not cast a blemish on his career.Enjoy

  • Richard Tucker and Ana Moffo..A force of nature! Magnificent! ORIGINAL AND UNIQUE.Absolutely pleasant, a delight to my ears.

  • Tucker NEVER had a problem with his voice in the early 50's, and NEVER studied with anyone named Stanley. His one and only teacher was Paul Althouse who died in 1954.

  • He is flat on the last note becacause Puccini wrote an E and he is singing a high C

    Stupido

  • Does anyone know what rock this troll ThePavafan crawled out from under. He is just traveling around to insult myself and others. I have pity on such an idiotic fool that he spouts one lie after another.
