What material is the inside of the machine made of please?
It is important with what the food is in contact with. Hope is not aluminum, plastic or some kind of nonstick material. SS would be the best. Thank you.

I just got this machine and it doesnt work. I tried a cocunt gelato and a vanilla ice cream it wont ticken. How do you get it to work?

@hermoine22 make sure the recipe isn't too much for the mixer, there should be at least 1/4 of the bowl remaining after pouring in the ice cream base, otherwise the bowl can't chill all of the ice cream. Also what I do is leave it in the freezer when not using, this way, it will always be frozen solid. But if you don't leave yours in the freezer, then make sure to put it in the freezer a couple of days in advance, so that it will be able to easily chill your ice cream.
