this is a joke right? if your a first time mum it is a learning curve for her. she doesn't need a questionaire she needs to learn by doing. my son is 7 years old and i know i didn't get everything right but at least he was and still is a very happy and healthy child. Who has the right to say who can go home with their child or not. Only if there is real genuine concern that something bad will happen should the authorites intervene.

Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books. Members often reintroduce bills that did not come up for debate under a new number in the next session.
