  • Hi cindy. I think you've answered this before for me, but I have to ask again! (Sorry!) I saw that you keep your cocoa in a plastic container. Could you tell me where you got the container?

  • I have heard of a technique for making ice cream that doesn't use an ice cream make but I haven't tried it myself....Apparently you put the ice cream/sorbet mixture in a bowl and place it in the freezer. Then every hour or so and whisk the ice crystals that form on the side of the bowl in. This goes on for 3-4 hours. When it finally gets to a soft-serve phase, then you harden it off. If you end up trying this, let me know. I'd be interested to see how it works! -Cindy
