Paschko/Pashko picked up ex-Marine and Travels With Sheila, sweating buckets because he was late and we began making the rounds of Shkodra. A couple dozen eggs here, fruit and vegetables there. Passengers. Sat at the local mini-van stop hoping more people would be heading this way into the remote Theth area completely cut off from civilization during the winter.

Finally on the way, two lengthy stops. One for a man to pick up parts to a TOILET, and another where a helper began loading 100 lb. bags of cement into the back of the van... OMG...would this day never end?
