Well, the main idea of the video is to tell the story of Uchiha brothers from Itachi's side. I've been seeing lots of amvs, which focused on Sasuke's sorrow, not Itachi's.

The video is about Itachi who had to deal with his problems on his own. Basically I suppose it's not that hard to guess what's the story behind it, if you've read manga.
And about the ending; well, it's just to show how Sasuke ignored Itachi's will and interpreted it in his very own way.

After all 2years, I still love this AMV. It's my favourite AMV of all time. I watched it hundred of times and can't get enough of it. There are many amazing videos. But this just .. makes me gasp. I love it.
