It's so true what he's saying. When you think about the times you lie, even for the smallest things, you think you are doing it because it sounds better to the other person, but if you respond honestly, it adds SUCH an interesting dynamic to the conversation. When you're real with people, you open yourself up to them, and they will appreciate that.

i've also worked a lot with not lying, its very easy to lie without noticing it, but it really makes you feel a lot better. i lol'd at the it's "loneliness and poverty" on the other side.
