Paula Taylor is making a stand on principal...to pay rent than to be evicted by the bank. The eviction was to take place Tuesday July 15, 2008. The constable did not execute & the bank backed OFF. Witness these vivid moments.....we MUST STOP THESE BANKS. NO EVICTIONS AFTER FORECLOSURE. FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT!!

No note no way! Power to our homeowners in distress and screw the debt servicers, tax dollar laundering, corporate swine, pigs all sucking on the money and blood of the American middle class! No note no way!

They will fight and keep there homes, and then what? Will they still not be liable for the balance of the mortgage? Gee, if that was true, every American could stop paying there mortgage so we can fight the mortgage companies. That way we all stop paying our monthly mortgage payments. gee, I wish you can stop posting false information on your comments. Every lawyer knows that Notes can be assigned to other people/corporations. This is 100% legal.

Paula, nor any other victimized homeowners DO NOT have to lose their homes!! Countrywide CANNOT provide the mortgage note!! Why? Because they repackaged it and sold it to investors. The bank MUST physically provide a bank note in court in order to foreclose!!
Please tell Paula and other owners that they MUST FIGHT foreclosure!! THEY WILL WIN and keep their homes!!
