A fantastic band and a perennial favorite!
Vocalist Marilyn Keller sings "The Yellow Dog Blues" as the big finale to this set on Friday night, October 5th, 2007 at the Glacier Jazz Stampede in Kalispell, Montana.

  • The song, Yellow Dog Blues, is about a funny little crossing in Moorehead Mississippi where the Southern (tracks later sold to Illinois Central) crossed the Columbus & Greenville railroad. It's said, that at its height in the 40's, some six trains met there daily.
