yaa mi ltr had a hot rods 471 rod and a wisco high comp piston and a dynatek fi controller but its gone now and i have a rmz 450 bike !!! so wes i would owen that little ass ktm !!!

Unless the LTR has a 480/490 big bore inside, doesn't stand a chance against the SX.

yes the 450sx is a great race ready quad but it needs some things once it comes from the dealer, anti-vibe stem, front fenders unbolted so it looks more race like, shocks turned into triple rate, and a damper for a better ride

that ltr would owen that ktm man any day but nice bike

@colemanktm you should be cleaning it after every ride anyways i race and i ride a suzuki ltz 400 and i do oil and air filter after ever practice and race

yeah i have a 08 ktm 450xc and i hate the air filter system you have to clean it after like every ride.

we re only using it for racing...thats mean hars times on it...so we make the motor open to tcheck everything (and change bearings and cyl./piston if need to...every 30 hours around... (happen 1 time to break the motors before that) ...3 years racing with it = MX on summer, and on snow winter...

power and handling are crazy, but the rear suspention would have been better with a linkage, a bit of "kickback" , bad air filter system too, still love it!!
