Full week on this diet crusade! Have lost from 8-9 lbs. in 7 days wooooohoooo! Discuss my diet stats and briefly mention the "burn the fat, feed the muscle" ebook (anyone have any good tips from that book, like how to achieve the title lol?), the blood type diet, and transitioning into a vegetarian diet.
Today's diet vlog tally:
Weight: 61.6 (-0.8 kg!!! :oD finally in the 61 area!)
Activity Points: Exercise 1x
Glasses of Water: 6x
Calories: 800-900
Sodium: 500 mg? (there must be sodium in fruit right?)
Very happy that I finally am in the 61kg range!!!
