  • if i hav windows 7 would it take me back to windows xp. PLEASE ANSWER SOON!!!

  • @jaybaer100 Yes it would, if your computer started off with Windows XP.

  • Hey I'm thinking of doing this way to factory restore my cp so I can have it clean as new but I was wondering if I restore it this way would I need any CDs to set it back up after the restore?

    Thanks

  • @kingmoe738 Well you would only need a back up storage if there's anything you'd like to save/back up e.g. important files etc.

You may use a storage device like an external hard drive or usb or CD. You just copy your files onto the storage, and you are done!

If you don't have anything important, you can just continue with the recovery process.
