Back with Jason Caddell from The Dismemberment Plan, we've moved on from talking Pro Tools vs. Cubase and studio vs. studio to Jason vs. gear addictions. The guitarist 'fessed up to a long-running fixation with boutique amplifiers; unlike most jonsers, Jason actually caught the dragon he was chasing when he found out about Tone King amps, a small builder from Baltimore.

Jason also talked about his relatively minimal effects pedal setup and his longtime relationship with Schecter guitars — a relationship to which none other than Stone Temple Pilots played matchmaker, apparently.
