@psteverific We are mowing out in a area where its extremely difficult to classify all kinds of two wheeled vehicles, especially between countries and these new different types. In my book a scooter is not a motorcycle with an engine right next, or in front, of the rear tire. A moped, (motorized with pedals) could still have a rear engine on top of the rear wheel, but is most often associated with an engine in front of the pedals. I cant mention definitions with the electric, which this is.

@BikerRussell You are correct, upon second viewing, I don't see any pedals, so it must be a scooter, but is it electric? That would make it an e-bike, wouldn't it?

First of all it's a moped, not a motorcycle or a scooter, and secondly she's not THAT old... not young, but hardly an "old lady"
