Nice! Im a 15yr old and im just getting started with this hobby/business. And I dont have a lot of money....any tips? Or advice?

@BarrettBaseball The pen kits are relatively cheap and you can just use off-cuts of good quality timber to start with to keep costs down. Anything with a fine grain should work well. Other than that you just need lots of practice and patience.

Is that the Hut plishing wax stuff you applied then went over with a paper towel? how does the finish last with that stuff? i tried some on a wood pen and it looked good for about 5 minutes then it got dirty and nasty...

@snowboarddude117 Yes, it's Hut wax. I've never had a problem with it. I usually put three layers on by simply rubbing it on as shown in the video and then using paper towel to melt it and turn it into a hard coating. The pens I've made still look good quite a few years later.
