Vibrating Dof adapter with 9 micron AlexMD ground glass
Lens: Asahi Pentax Super Takumar 50mm f1.4, wide open
Camcorder: Canon HV30, Shutter Priority mode, 1/48
Post production: Convolution kernel (sharpen), color corrector, brightness & contrast in Sony Vegas
2:3 pulldown removed

I don't have enough time to build dof adapters for others.
But I can show you how i built my dof adapter. Here's a great site that contains very useful DIY Dof adapter tutorials:

It looks like to purchase a new adapter is in the $350-$400 range. What was your total costs for the DIY project??

what was the size of the file, and what file type did you export in, if you dont mind me asking?
