it helps because N/A engines do poorly at high altitudes, turbos compensate for that.

I've seen turbos in vehicles add over 130hp @ 6psi. That ford probably has more than that. Drop a turbo in the ram or chevy. Then we will talk.

The only thing that is sad is the horrible performance from the chevy and dodge who use big liter V8's and still get waxed.

Where is the logic there? The V8's in the chevy and dodge make roughly the same power as the fords V6 so its even among all three.

I have been running turbos for over 15 years with Zero turbo failures. Trailer is behind my truck day in day out. Over 450k miles between my two trucks pulling trailers in town. ZERO TURBO PROBLEMS. Get used to it.
