Dancing in taal dhamar (14 beats), Farah displays the components of taiyari (to be prepared) and layakari (ability to play with the rhythm) and upaj (improvisation) during a Kathak solo performance. Ending this segment, Farah demonstrates the highly innovative and complex technique of her GuruJi, Pandit Chitresh Das - Kathak Yoga - where she recites the taal and dances a "jhulan chhand" composition simultaneously.
