You should tape the heel first then cover the ends while taping up the arch/top foot area covering the ends up to keep from over taping. Start with the ankle and tape down rather then up for a smoother job, it's easier using the top of the foot to start taping down so your laces get covered all one way rather then getting pulled up. Use less tape for comfort and if you really needed weight on your feet use ankle weights, not increased tape. Your spatting cleats not casting them.

@Kingspade808 first of all stupider is not a word and then spatting over a cleat would not support your ankle anyspat over your cleat is mainly for looks if someone had a bum ankle I suggest you have your bare ankle taped first then our cleat over, geez you're pretty stupid
