Great song! Guns and Roses did a great cover of this for sure. But, im sure even they would say they liked the original more.

@MrASIDS Guns n roses is better
-
@MrBittleBites I'm a big fan of GNR but GNR isn't better ! This is great, i love it !

Duff McKagan was a hardcore kid in the early 80's
-
Still guns n roses is better :P Guns n Roses>UK subs

@MrBittleBites These people made it nowhere? What are you talking about? When was the last time GnR released a record that didn't make even their most hardcore of fans laugh at? UK Subs have consistently made great records and constantly toured the world since the 1970s... Anyway this is not the original version, the original one is better and can be found on the Endangered Species album.

only guns and roses are douche bag sellouts........thus not remotley punk you redneck shits!

@Leonardorich Of course, this is musical influence but if we heard Appetite for Destruction, UYI or GN'R Lies we can say: "This is a hard rock band". But, if we talk about musical influence we can find punk. In 1986, Axl Rose used one Ramones t-shirt for 5 shows. And we got a Spaghetti Incident who the band members chose his musical influence.

@MrRansomshit In fact, Duff McKagan (bass player of GN'R) is PUNK, before he play in GNR or Hollywood Rose, Duff joins in punk bands. He played drums in Seattle, but he move to L.A.. And Duff play with GN'R songs like: Attitute (from Misfits), New Rose (from The Damned) and this song. And he says in some old interview: "My musical influence is Sid Vicious". And in show (i don't remember the local, i guess are Chicago or Indiana) in intro of the shows play "My Way" by Sid Vicious.

I always wondered who did the original as I had only heard Guns n Roses sing it. I like this version. Oh and I have no idea what the song is about but I don't care I just love it.
