The reason the U.K./Europe and the U.S. even send them AID, is because Europeans raped the African land, and slaughtered millions of people, and every "developed" and "developing" nation depend on resources from Africa to solidify there statuses. What a trade huh? 2 million dollars worth of food and clothing, for trillions of dollars worth of materials to fill the empty souls of Western Society? "Oh, there's so much going to foreign AID."
