Southwest Eggrolls 2

Freeze Eggrolls no more the four at a time in the freezer. Take out when needed place in preheated deep fryer for about 10 minutes cool cut and serve. Avocado dip can be placed in freezer in small portions and take out and put in frig over night (do not leave out to defrost) Recipe makes 18 to 20 eggrolls using about 3/4 cup of filling.

what kind of cheese can i substitute with if i don't have Monterey Jack cheese?

I would think that you can use any kind of shredded cheese what ever you prefer
