aahaha. Holy crap, talk about serious cat ladies. Seeing the cat stuck on the curtains absolutely had me dying of laughter. Hey toneitup girls, this might be a silly question but do all of your work out exercises apply equally for men? I know that there are different types of exercises for building muscle, being stronger. and there are different ones for just toning your body. is it the same for both men and women?

@Airvtz yes! anybody will be able to do these workouts, and feel a difference. even the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan works for men who want to see the difference! :)

if i want to tone up more than lose weight can i get away with only doing cardio 2 times a week and your sculpting workouts 3 times a week? or does it have to be cardio 3 times a week?! thanks girls!!

@KerryMarie3 it's all about staying active! :) but yes you will be fine with just 2 cardio workouts, as long as you break that sweat SOMEHOW every day <3
