This recipe is very healthy. Thank you for sharing!

Very nice! Only problem is you need a home water filtering unit. No tap water!

I love how you say the dish in Chinese along with the Chinese characters! =)

thanks for the reply, since I live in a real rural area. I know my small town would not have it.(we only have abt. 3 grocery stores. so next time I go out of town shopping will have to check out the phone book, may just have to online order some. can just about get anything online. lol.
It was drained at the end right?

@vanscoyoc No you don't have to. It actually tasted even more juicy with the moist

hay kelly! i was wondering why do you use that kind of oyster sauce???
whadidusay 7 months ago
@whadidusay Oh it's only because this oyster sauce is vegetarian oyster sauce. Vegetarian oyster sauce is prepared from mushrooms, often oyster mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms. It tastes lighter and smoother.

thankyou for sharing this with us... I've never steamed a dish like this. where do you find the dried mushrooms? I don't think i've ever seen them, or just never noticed them. going to have to try this one, even if I have to use all white mushroom.:) you have a precious little girl.

@oceanstar09 You can definitely try with just white mushrooms. Let me know how that goes.
