we have a new super bug in the UK, USA and Canada and It's called NDM-1. NDM1 deaths are rising.
this disease is incurable.

  • hey all guys...why r u dong argument on this topic? just go to Wikipedia and search ndm-1....the anchor is 100 % right....all the history is written in Wikipedia about ndm-1....now dont say that Wikipedia is also works for Pakistan.....be positive...you cannot deny the reality......ankh band kr lene se haqeeqat nai badal jaye gi...accept the reality my dear....wish u all the best to my Indian brothers.....

  • @nitin8695 u r absolutely right....i knw we are suffering from many problems....i just wanna cool down the people....i personally feel that a person suffer from this desease whether he or she is paki or indian...i just wanna see him or her in good condition...this is not about hate...this is the problem of whole humanity and we have to fight with it together..... Allah sbko hidayat aur sehat dee....ameen....

  • @sahilkhan1119 yoo bro, we are happy to have all this from our motherland INDIA. it is not only one disease we have here. and by the way what you think Pakistan is safe from all disease. more than 60% diseases are being found in Pakistan and mostly people died due to those diseases. best of luck my Pakistani Brothers..

    In August 2010, the first reported death due to bacteria expressing the NDM-1 enzyme was recorded after a Belgian man, who had become infected while being treated in a hospital in Pakistan, died despite being administered colistin. A doctor involved in his treatment said, "He was involved in a car accident during a trip to Pakistan. He was hospitalised with a major leg injury and then repatriated to Belgium, but he was already infected".

  • In August 2010, a chemical compound GSK 299423, was found to significantly fight against antibiotic-resistant bacteria by making such bacteria unable to reproduce, citing a likely treatment to the NDM-1 strain.

  • On January 12, 2011, the editor of The Lancet, Richard Horton (editor) apologized and acknowledged that naming a superbug after New Delhi was an “error”.[32] Following this, Ajai R. Singh, editor of Mens Sana Monographs, demanded that such 'geographic names giving' be abandoned and replaced by 'scientific names giving'. He proposed changing NDM-1 to PCM Plasmid-encoding Carbapenem-resistant Metallo-beta-Lactamase
