Of all people, I should know better. With all my constant haranguing to get y'all to keep track of portion size I am shocked...SHOCKED! at how many calories I had last night in my so-called 'healthy' snack. Count, measure and keep track. I'll for one will be paying much closer attention in the future :0

  • @B00B0000 I restrict grains, dairy, nuts, fruit and alcohol and just stick to veggies and lean meat or fish. Lots of herbal tea, sparkling water and a very long walk to really boost the burn.

  • You are so poised and hyper simultaneously... which is surreal...and you're extremely motivating. Will you motivate me to think positively? I would watch a video like that every morning.

  • I think you should write a book cause out of all the diets I've been on ( and trust me... I've been on a lot!) Mattie's "diet" truly works. I've lost 25 pounds since watching Mattie's videos and reading her blogs on her website the past year and maintained my weight so far.

  • i used to be very thin and after having my first daughter i kinda just let myself go.......now i feel so lazy all the time and i know it has to do with the greasy food i intake .... you really inspire me to change my awfull eating habits and become healthy again
