GTA 4 FULL HD Patch 1.0.4.0

It is a gameplay Grand Theft Auto IV before patch 1.0.4.0 and after .
My configuration :

Ati Radeon 4870 512 MB
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
2Gb ram No-name 800Mhz
Asus P5Q SE
Sound Blaster Audigy
Pentagram Karakorum
SilentForce 620W
I use this commandline :
-nomemrestrict -norestrictions -minspecaudio -forcer2vb -noswapdelay -stereo -novblank -framelimit 0 -noprecache -percentvidmem 100 -DX9 /high
I use Catalyst 9.6 Too.
This drivers is Amazing!
I use contig too.

Contig defragment files in GTA IV folder.
1. Dwonload Contig
2.Unpack it in Grand Theft Auto IV folder ( X:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Grand Theft Auto IV
3. create a copy in desktop
4. Add in contig comandline -s *.* -v ( X:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Contig.exe" -s *.* -v )
5.Run and wait

Patch 1.0.3.0
FPS With patch 1.0.3.0 - 25fps
No fraps - 30-35fps

Patch 1.0.4.0
FPS with fraps - 30-35
No Fraps - 40
Its fucking really !

which is better? 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 *AND ANOTHER QUESTION* when i have one of those two patches shall i remove the patch that i'm using now??? (1.0.2.0)
