Don't forget it's an IR camera. You're seeing heat. A hot inner core and a cooler outer EM field surrounding it. I'm no expert but i don't think our forces have tech of that nature in the the conventional arsenal.

its like this everyone the object would have been camera tracked visually wether enemy , unknown or friendly this is an additional cgi frame inserted into the original footage.

Is everyone serious? The UAV is flying really far from the objective. 0:15 fires the missile, then it momentarily shows on teh camera as it travels towards the target...camera is on very ZOOMED IN so it looks weird but thats what it is...seconds later, the crossairs guide it to the foes on the ground. There. Solved your mistery and didnt even need scooby doo.

Maybe a BIRD or one of those small UAV that are the size of a big RC plane the Army uses . Just a thought
