hi how are you able to keep chopped straw within strings i would have thought they would explode once leaving bale chamber? another video shows the machine applying film on exit of chamber i pressume to retain shape and stop explosions? any ideas reasons why you dont need to would be most helpful

Hi. As long as it is dry straw it is not a problem. You have to handle the bales with care, and you can not make them as long as usaual, but it's no problem. The other video you have seen is another machine, where it is used to bale maize and gras for silage. In that case you need to seal the bales for the ensiling process.
