  • @SchwartzeBaron Yeah, you can get a new one that's as fast, but, the new ones just don't look as good as the best looking older ones. That's what I meant by they don't compare.

  • @DougCameraMan Actually......you are wrong. The new one compares very well. The 1970 top of the line 426 Challenger was rated at more horsepower than the 440 Six pack but they had identical times in the 1/4 mile.......13.7 @ 105mph. Guess what? The New (not top of the line) R/T (of which I have one) does the 1/4 mile in 13.9 @ 104mph. If you get the 392 SRT8, it is about a half second quicker at 13.4. FACTORY !!! So, it compares very well and is a much larger car but proportional.

  • @E1N9A8N0DA .........The 356 number is correct but I think the number of ragtops is 99, not 9

  • LIKE PUTTING YOUR FACE IN A FINE WOMANS PANTIES--------CARBURATOR SMELL

  • a symphony indeed... god i love that car

  • This car has a lack of original hood, original steelies, hubcaps and good ol' Polyglasses. ;) Nice :)

  • Actualy, there were 356 HEMI Challengers made in 1970. Of that, only 9 were Convertibles.

  • tastefully done great car!
