Der Porsche GT3 R Hybrid hat seinen bislang ungewöhnlichsten Einsatz vor dem 24-Stunden-Rennen am Nürburgring (13. bis 16. Mai) mit Bravour bestanden: Formel-1-Pilot Nico Hülkenberg testete den Hybrid-Rennwagen im Rahmen der VLN Langstreckenmeisterschaft und zeigte sich in mehrfacher Hinsicht begeistert: „Tolles Auto, faszinierende Technik und eine atemberaubende Rennstrecke, so sein Kommentar. Hülkenberg fährt in der aktuellen Formel-1-Saison für das Team Williams und startete in allen bisherigen vier Grand Prixs.

    Nico Hülkenberg war nicht beim 24-Stunden-Rennen dabei, sondern beim Formel 1 GrandPrix in Monaco.
