@ConcreteRiver I was a little bit surprised myself while watching this video. I thought the picture shown in the beginning was a before pic and then gonna change to more greener, healthier, unprocessed foods. Especially the popcorn! I mean all the fat, salt and the microwaving..and who knows what type of corn they'll be using unless they mention GMO, pesticide free? And then all the heavy metals from the canned foods..

All I see on that counter are processed poisons, and artery clogging animal products such as shrimp, eggs and chicken. If you think you are going to lose your gut fat on this garbage, you are kidding yourself. Try eating fresh fruits and vegetables and starches such as brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and whole grains.

Do you incorporate more unprocessed foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains in this diet?

Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
are artificial sweeteners bad on the belly fat cure? I've been drinking them in my coffee everyday when I realized that it might be counterproductive. Is your jello artificially sweetened? If you have any advice, I'd apprec. How is your progress going anyways?

I stopped the BFC a while ago but it did work!
Try to use natural sweeteners like stevia and agave nectar...they are much better for you!

This was so helpful. The best thing is this is a new lifestyle as you say in your day 1 video. It isn't expensive and you still can eat everything you want.
I am just wondering more on the veggies.... anything that's bad?
