If you can't mix your labor with it, it's not property.
If you need to attack or threaten peaceful competitors to uphold it, it's not property.
If it was created for monopoly and censorship by monarchs, it's not property.

@diamondave103 Musicians will never make money off of CD's again. At least not like in the past. Most of your income will come from live shows, and corporate sponsors. This is the emerging model. Some artists are making decent money from downloads and ringtones, but most will be better off giving the music away as promotional material for tours, or sponsors that have paid for the production of the music.

How is it from honoring intellectual inventions to monopoly? At first, we competed with problems at hand. Now competing to get in possession to block access to solutions. Honoring doesn't mean gave away rights to the best. What motive of this aversive logic became law by our governing education system. This kind of education doesn't work. Nobody have rights to use what I know first. I am anti-ing your nature. I am using barbaric morality our legal system currently promoting.
