The book starts out slow, not yet mentioning anything about gaming, but it will soon be here. Until then, suffer though the wangst of a fifteen year old girl moving to a new high school.

Maddie finally gets the video game, totally not a World of Warcraft clone! She somehow manages to twist the basic character creation into a thrilling reference to how shitty her life is!

lol i USED to, i was really attracted to the cover though :x and her game involved elves(i love them)and i only liked that fact that she could create her own manga( i didnt know that at the time XD i was too young) and it inspired me.....but that's it lol i guess those things distracted me from the actual book.

@XxNekogirl888xX You didn't seriously like this book... right? This is the most self-indulgent crap I've ever had the displeasure of listening to on audiobook in my entire life. The main character is a horrible spoiled little shit that embodies everything wrong with the female youth of today. And the girl calls herself a gamer because she plays one game that essentially she uses as a instant messaging client? That's like making Top Ramen and calling yourself a cook.
