Stick fighting is a traditional fighting technique practiced around the world, usually by young men during their initiations.
However in many parts of the world this tradition is dying.
The Stick Fighting Company aims to hold weekly stick fighting tournaments in townships (slums), seeking sponsorship from major corporates.

Great stuff!! Kick ass long stick defense in place of a shield. The wrist pops and spins very, very dangerous. They would be very welcome in the Dog Brothers world!

@lcrosbyclan Tell me about it Bro, I'm Black American and I love SCA fighting since I was 13 lol! I lied about my age when I was 16 so I could fight, mid 30's now and still rockin it. I would LOVE to go to Africa to learn and practice with these Xosha brothas, check me out. Search for "Milord Bilal Highlights 23April2011" Thats me with the 2 swords. I can only imagine the amount of control you would need to have to practice Intonga with no helmet or eye protection!
