Sorry no answer til now. Hyde Park's in the beautiful Hudson Valley, midway 'tween NYC & Albany, NY, on the Hudson River. Next to Poughkeepsie. CIA campus overlooks Hudson River. It's gorgeous! Especially in fall! HP is home to the Vanderbilt Estate, and the Franklin Roosevelt home, museum and library. Just mins from the train station (NYC's 90 mins by train) the CIA is also located near some great old small towns. Because of the CIA there are many great eateries nearby.

Don't use CANOLA oil anymore! Use Olive or peanut oil instead. CANOLA OIL CAUSES HIGH CHOLESTEROL LEVELS! Search for "Canola Oil Report by Tom Valentine". It's all there why you shouldn't use Canola oil! CANOLA OIL IS GENETICALLY ENGINEERED!
