For no matter, how covered the woman is, the emphasis of "male hijab" should be as much as that for female - if you cannot understand the predatory nature of male population in Muslim countries, read, for e.g: google (Twice Branded: Western Women, Muslim Lands and article by Judy Bachrach for World Affairs).
Surely, Abrahamic religions are not about letting women burn because they have no hijab?
