Police brutality in America? It does happen from time to time but in other countries,no one gives a fuck if police beat the shit out of you. NOWHERE does the law state you cannot skate in a public place. If you're not endangering yourself or others then you can skate where you want. That cop is bored, that's the only reason he's being a douchebag, because he has nothing better to do with his time. What a fat, donut eating, dumb, asshole. You should have just jogged away. There's no way he'd be able to keep up. Also you should have said go ahead and write me a ticket, then taken it to court for dispute. Would have got thrown out.
