@JoHnNiEGuNnS Treatment of irritability associated with Autistic Disorder in pediatric patients 6 to 17 years of age.
Since Daniel is only four and a half (not six as indicated on the Abilify website), his pediatrician prescribes half a dose per day.

@JoHnNiEGuNnS During the first week and a half or so that he first started taking it, Daniel had a pretty rough time with nausea, vomiting and constipation. After the second week, only the constipation remains as a noticeable side-effect.

@JoHnNiEGuNnS While Daniel still has the occasional meltdown or tantrum, they seem to be reduced in frequency. He also bites and scratches less often.

Poor kid, I have autism too but luckily i speak...I'm older than him though. Anyway Daniel is a very nice kid and you did a good job =)

@dancelovekat - Daniel's tantrums aren't always resolved, simply because I can't figure out what is upsetting him so much. But it's great when I do. Live and learn, I guess. Perhaps you had to deal with similar situations with your parent(s) when you were younger.
Thanks for the comment and kudos. :)
