Yeah Pushing hands isn't so simple to learn by copying, it's uses feeling of force which needs be explainned how to use. Well thanks for your help.

tai chi is passed on hand to hand so you really need a good teacher to teach your body how to react instintively.
pushes take all forms,there is no set way.
we have over 100 pushing exercises within the system,each one is designed to teach you somthing different.
so that in the end there are no rules or seperate ways you just fill up the hole.

I learnt, how keeping contact is important in pushing hands especally how you slap after the hand is pushed down low. (I only learn from a DVD) But I knowtice most of the pushes in pushing hands uses a push into the chest mainly from a lower going up manor, is this the strongest method?
