This is a very well made fake. The discussion is focused on the origin, whether it's from Ukraine or Russia (it's from Ukraine), and whether a human skull would bleed (indeed it would). Nobody can step up and say they've seen this video on Ukraine national TV, since it wouldn't be aired if it was real. But why would this video be edited if it was realy a leaked video? Not only the paper disappearance 0:53 to 0:54, they'd NEVER put the material from all cameras together like this. Obvious fake!
