Oh yes! but hey great powers have ups and downs. It is only few centuries we are down versus millinium of glory. Turks/Mongols distroyed some 70% of our civilization as they could not tolerate this glory! & now we are screwed as we have oil! Brits/US never let a decent government there!

The history of Iran is being ignored by people. In every western book I read they always attack Iran and never write about the great things like it was Cyrus the Great Human Rights Charter that brought human rights to the modern world. Like it was during Ashkanian (Parthians) that the first parliament was created. We were so advanced, we were so before everyone, we were great in everything. This cause jealous for a lot of people today.. and look where we are today, from a great superpower....

Don't worry, no one can cover the truth for eternity! or deny the fact that how great our civilization was. The western farts like Alexander were nothing close to our sage ancestors. What was his real noble achievement except conquering Persia which was his biggest hit! And also destroying/burning it down?! I am not only proud to be Persian because we had a biggest empire of antiquity. I am proud as we were the cradle of civilizaion/science/technology, established charter of human rights & ..

what on earth Alexander built? he fought all life/killed/destroyed, he had millitary might, yes but so as turk/mongol nomad barbarians! while our kings built magnificent monuments & left a lot of monuments/infrastructures, 1st bridges, dams, road, Suez canal and many magnificent buildings..
