Piper's First Week of CIT - Eating

Piper has right hemiplegic cerebral palsy. She is undergoing constraint induced therapy where the unaffected arm is casted in an attempt to force her to use the weaker arm and build strength. This video was taken just a few days after the cast was applied.

I had never heard of this treatment here in Brazil, did not know existed! found very efficient

@jugeaman Constraint therapy is a wonderful tool for hemiplegia. By forcing the use of the weak arm she builds stronger neuropathways and allows for more use and exercise in the future. The cast is only kept on about 4 weeks in a session. There are several months between sessions.
