i bought a new baitcast combo i dont kno how to use it 12 lb. test 6ft rod medium action help?

@isniperu5 Hi keep your thumb on the spool at all time except when you release when casting. Casts should be made at a back stroke at 10 o'clock and forward cast and thumb release a 2 o'clock. Watch all my video's on baitcasters and you should right. Good luck.

can you use fresh bait with bait casters???? just curious becaus i use a baitcaster with fresh bait (hardly ever use lures) and it seems all the other anglers look at me wierdly i have a shakespeare firestorm medium action and was just curious thanx =]

@d0wnto3arthshuffl3r Hi there, yes baitcasters are designed to cast lures accruately (cant spell) I guess if you really want to you could use bait with them I guess.
