well it's more realistic than a controller. and like i said, it tries to simulate the weight shifting through the wheel because obviously you can't feel it yourself.

had the wheel n sold it... could never get used to it without feeling my weight thrown around like in a real car... then again I was using the wheel on my lap

its boring yes.. but untouchable in its phsyics and realisticness

that's why you buy the microsoft racing wheel, i have it and it really does a great job of shifting the car's weight around during a fast corner with opposite lock on. it has plenty of feedback, you need real skill to drive it.
i agree that normal video game driving is unrealistic.
