I'm using a blade sword an I crafted it to epic so far so it does 49 damage. Instant kills on everything an kills a dragon really fast!!

two deadric swords, one handed enchantment with an enchanment level of 60, put the enchanments on boots and ring or whatever...... i hit 121 with each blade

@HeIlOwnz No mate, you just upgrade it to superior directly... If you have the perk you don't have to upgrade it to fine first.
