dude im jealous of u...ur amazing! ima power tumbler and im thinkin of doin all arund. psht. i couldnt do that...well i gues with practice and how do u freaking get over the bar when u do the dismount??

first u have to concentrate and workout then u have to work on balance and once u get balance it becomes much more simple.

Im just starting out on Pbars, do you have any suggestions for good beginner moves. I can muster a swing to handstand bu thats about it. Keep up the good work.

There are several basics that would be good to work on. I would say to train back and front uprises from upperarm, cast to upperarm, pressing to handstand, handstand half pirhouettes, and moys. Once your swing to handstand is smooth you could also work on back or front dismounts, depending on how safe of an area you have to learn them.

Thanks! To learn the press, I started on the floor against the wall. Once I could do it on the floor I started trying it with my feet standing on the bars. After a little while I was able to do it from an L sit.
