I just bot a nightster. I'm 5'4" tall and 145 pounds. The suspension bottoms out in the street and big bumps quite often and I almost lifted the rear tire out of traction scraping the pipes today. however it is quite smooth on good roads and cruses at 80 just fine

Just as short as a generation ago the HD ElectraGlide was about the biggest bike out there. It was pretty big and quite adequate for pretty much anybody size. A friend of the family was a Motor cop and he stood about 6'7" and it fit him. But soon all the other Cycle companies attempted to out do HD by making everything bigger as if thats better. Not necessarily so. For instance the GoldWing is rediculous, why not just get an SUV if you need that much space to stretch and be comfortable.
