@giantWario because he doesn't love her. she is so in love that she is obsessed with him, which is why she tries to please him. but he only has two emotions in him. one being overpowering joy at pain, death and laughter, and the other is disappointment when his plans fail. what people need to know is their relatonship is about her love. read mad love and you will find out

While the old Joker and the old Harley Quinn were much better characters and I also liked their old voice a lot more, I have to admit I actually like the relationship between the two more in this series.
They actually seems to be really in love in this series but in the old one, the Joker never showed any real affection toward her and she seemed more insanely obsessed by him then really in love with him.

I love both versions of them, I really do. But I have to admit I still prefer, or respect a lot more the original relationship between them both, from the comics. The 'cold' Joker and the madly in love, obsessed Harley Quinn. They're both psychopaths, so a relationship like that fits better. XD
Yet, you have to love as well the love between these two in this series. Thank you very much for your comment and opinion, greatly appreciated! ~
